1:1 Mentoring for Career Growth

I have provided direct career coaching to nearly 40 young professionals (0 - 10 years of work experience) over the last 8 years, helping them navigate obstacles at the workplace, take critical decisions judiciously and design their careers for long term success. My approach is to first deeply understand the background of the coachee, their current situation and their career objectives and aspirations. I then draw upon my own career experiences and understanding of organizational psychology to co-develop a plan of action. My style of coaching is fairly hands-on and conversational, and my only expectation from the coachee is that they should be willing to put plans into action.

PS: I suggest keeping a time duration of 60 min for the first call, to allow for introductions and context sharing, and customise thereafter as needed.
