Hi, I’m Nisha Singh — a corporate law graduate (B.A. LL.B. Hons., RMLNLU Lucknow) and current LLM candidate in Corporate & Business Laws at NLU Odisha. Over the years, I’ve built hands-on experience across contract drafting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, due diligence, litigation support, and legal-tech intersections through internships, research, and active participation in academia. My journey has been enriched by diverse roles — from assisting in landmark litigation like the Akbar Nagar Rehabilitation case to interning at the Lucknow High Court under Hon’ble Justice Ranjan Roy, and contributing to corporate law practice at Aditya Pratap Law Offices. Alongside, I’ve explored emerging domains such as AI, data protection, and digital law, with certifications from Microsoft, Scrum Alliance, and LinkedIn Learning. Academically, I have presented research on Data Sovereignty vs. Cross-Border Trade at NLU Odisha and authored a dissertation on Data Ethics in the Age of Generative AI. I’ve also been invited as a Guest Speaker on platforms like Edverse and Jus Scriptum, and currently serve as Co-Chairperson of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence (2025).
