About me

I’m one of those rare people who’s lived on both sides deep in the technical work and deep in the business side. I am one of those who have been a QA, BA, PM, an automation engineer, and eventually an engineering manager. I am that woman who had to push through the usual hurdles of being underestimated, dealing with gender politics, navigating rooms where I was the only woman, and still showing up with clarity and confidence. I am that individual contributor who went from “just a team member” to leading engineering teams, and I know exactly what it takes to build credibility when the environment isn’t always built for you. So when I guide you, it’s not theory. It’s the path I’ve actually walked. I didn’t get here because everything was easy. That’s why I mentor the way I do. I focus on practical growth how software really gets delivered, how teams actually work, and how you can position yourself for the next step. Whether you’re trying to move from manual to automation, break into QA/PM/BA roles, get better at interviews, earn your first promotion, or step into leadership, I help you think clearly, avoid the common mistakes, and build confidence early in your career. My style is direct, structured, and focused on outcomes. I’m here to help you grow in a way that’s real and measurable not just motivational talk, but actual progress you can feel. My areas are : • Move from manual testing to automation • Build confidence as a woman in tech • Break into a QA, PM, or BA role • Improve your resume and interview performance • Navigate your first promotion • Transition from individual contributor to manager • Speak up, self‑advocate, and handle difficult stakeholders
