I am a dynamic and purpose-driven leader whose journey spans over two decades across the corporate, non-profit, and start-up worlds. With an unwavering passion for building people up and developing young leaders, I bring a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered leadership to every space that I operate in. After a 16 years stint with a corporate in the spaces of operations, program/project management, customer experience, account management etc, I made a conscious decision to work for a non-profit helping scale their one-on-one mentoring program for first-generation leaners and youth from low-income communities. Most recently, I helped build the Program Management Office for a Learning and Development start up and in helping scale their day-to-day operations. Beyond work, I’m an enthusiastic volunteer, a sports enthusiast, an athlete and an avid traveller who is deeply intrigued by people and their journeys. Coaching with me: I find joy in building people up and I strongly believe that each individual is unique and is a bundle of huge potential waiting to be tapped into.
