Hi, I am Nirob Kr Das from Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Basically i have done B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 2019 and till 2021 i have applied more than thousands of company but no Job Opportunities being fresher and all. Then finally i have decided to switch into IT Field with the help of my mentor who is from IIIT Hyderabad. As per my experience a mentor is like a God without Mentor is very difficult to land a good position job and all.
