Hi, I’m Nirmal — a Senior Data Engineer, Ex-AWS Cloud Engineer, and AWS Community Leader with 6+ years of experience in cloud and data engineering. I currently work extensively with AWS-based data platforms, real-time data pipelines, ETL orchestration, CDC architectures, and modern analytics systems. My expertise includes AWS Glue, DMS, Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, MWAA (Airflow), Lake Formation, and scalable cloud-native data architectures. Beyond my professional work, I actively contribute to the tech community as the AWS User Group Surat Lead and have spoken at multiple AWS Community events, including AWS Summit Bengaluru 2026. On Topmate, I’m happy to help with: • Career guidance in Data Engineering & Cloud • AWS learning roadmaps & certifications • Resume reviews & interview preparation • DevRel / Developer Experience career transition • Building real-world AWS projects • Community building & public speaking • Content creation for technical careers I believe in practical learning, real-world architecture thinking, and helping people grow through hands-on guidance rather than only theory.
