With over eight years of experience, I possess a unique combination of industry and academic research expertise. I have spent 3+ years honing my skills in Software Engineering and another 5+ years specializing in the field of Data Science. Currently, I work as a Data Scientist at Moveworks, where I am engaged in developing the Employee Experience Insights (EXI) product. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning from IIT Madras. I have published two research papers in the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control journal, which ranks #1 in the Automation & Control Theory category, and was honored with the best M.S. Thesis award. With hands-on experience in building multi-lingual speech-to-text models, LLMs, recommendation systems, adaptive testing/learning frameworks, document digitization through OCR/HTR, time series models, and more, I have developed a diverse skillset to tackle a wide range of data-driven challenges.
