Interviews for business and operations roles aren't about memorizing the "right" answers. They're about how you structure problems, communicate your thinking, use data, and handle ambiguity.

Having spent 9+ years across category management, P&L, operations and leadership at Urban Company and now leading Servicing at SolarSquare, I've been on both sides of high-stakes business problems and hiring conversations.
