1:1 Coaching

A coach to me is my personal well-being and professional thought partner, shepherd, cheerleader, supporter, wing-man/woman and a guide. A coach is someone who gives me hope and belief in myself and sheds the light for me to discover my way through fog and get unstuck.

My coaching style is creating safe, inviting space for you to bring your whole self in to talk things out loud, being curious, supportive with deep listening, challenging and/or validating your thinking, your perceptions all while encouraging to think long-term while acing with you on your small big-wins along the way.

I am a seasoned Senior Product Engineering Leader with 15+ years of experience in leading product engineering teams in high growth startups, enterprise and non-profit organizations such as NASA, kiva.org, Salesforce, Deloitte Digital and Coalition Inc.
