Career guidance with Nilesh Sinha

Feeling stuck in your career or unsure how to switch to a product company?

I can help you build a clear roadmap.

I’m currently a Data Engineer at Atlassian and previously worked at JPMorgan, with ~6 years of experience building large-scale Spark pipelines and preparing for tough product-company interviews.

In this 1:1 session, we’ll talk about your current situation and create a practical plan for your next move.

We can cover:

* How to switch to product companies

* Data Engineering roadmap (SQL, Spark, DSA, system design)

* Resume + interview strategy

* How to get interview calls

* Salary growth strategy

* What to study and what to ignore

* Honest feedback on your profile

This session is best for:

My style is friendly and practical.

I’ll tell you exactly what you should focus on based on your experience level.

If needed, we can also plan resume review or mock interviews after this session.
