Nilesh is originally from a small town in Gujarat (Veraval). He struggled his way through his education and faced a lot of challenges due to not having fluent English communication. He put in a lot of effort on himself and intentionally put himself in difficult situations (an environment where he was pushed out of his comfort zone and do things that he had never done before). As an end result, he completed his MBA from Balaji Institute of International Business in Pune and worked with reputed organizations like Naukri.com and Tracxn. He is now on a mission to help students who are from small towns and villages in Gujarat, studying in Gujarati medium, facing lack of direction and lack of resources improve their English communication and succeed in their life (with regards to higher education, immigration, getting a good job, etc.)
