About me

Hi there, I believe there are no coincidences in this world. Things happen for a reason just like how you stumbled upon my profile. I am assuming, you landed on my profile primarily for Job hunting, Business empanelment, looking for potential candidates, some consulting or just to build the network. I am glad to see you here. Let me walk you through my introduction quickly. I hail from the humble land of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. I used to be an active student in my school days and participated in almost all the events be it sports, arts or education and have won a lot of competitions. I was also an NCC cadet and have completed 'A' certificate with A grade. Despite having done basic schooling in vernacular medium, I worked hard and overcame the language barrier completing my graduation and post-graduation. Soon after completion of my post-graduation, I was offered the job with the same company I completed the Internship from. In the first 5 years of my career I took up every ground level fundamental work of HR and Training including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Payroll, MIS etc and got promoted from Executive to Sr. Executive to Assistant Manager. I worked with a lot of NGOs and PWD candidates. I was honored to be invited to deliver a session on ‘Employability of PWD candidates with the Corporate’ in an international conference, organized by a renowned NGO. In 2015 I made a big gamble to leave a multinational company and joined a startup called Truweight, which was just launched in Bangalore with 5 employees. Since then I have been promoted Twice and grew from HR lead to AVP HR in just four years. Together: *We grew our company size from 5 to 400 employees. *Launched business into five cities. Failed in one city but we learned from it. *Setup the entire payroll system from CTC structure to software implementation *Designed and implemented company-wide policies *Implemented mandatory PoSH training and certifications *Worked closely with the business leaders and founders to drive the company forward *Shared the days when we didn't know how to pay salary for the next day and also shared the days when we popped the champagne *Featured in India's Top 100 Emerging HR Leaders 2019 (https://www.sumhr.com/top-hr-india-2019/) *Judged Management Fest in reputed MBA college And much more Currently, I am leading the HR division for Thence which is rated as India's top 3 and globally top 15 Design and product consulting firms. Hit me up for any HR-related matters on ngodle@gmail.com. I would be happy to connect.
