Resume Template 2026 [FREE]

Digital Product

Built for the 2026 hiring stack — where AI reads your resume before a human ever does. This is the template I walk through in my video on AI-era resumes, now yours to download and edit.

If you watched the video, this is the resume. Same structure. Same logic. Editable Word doc you can fill in today.

🎯 Why this template is different

Most resume templates are designed for a recruiter reading top-to-bottom. The hiring world doesn't work that way anymore.

Your resume now passes through three readers:

  • 🤖 An AI screener — does this even belong in the pile?
  • 🤖 An AI-assisted recruiter — does the AI's summary make you look strong?
  • 👤 A human hiring manager — is there a story worth interviewing?

Most resumes only optimize for the third. This template is built for all three.

📥 What you get

  • A fully editable Word document (.docx) — opens cleanly in Word, Google Docs, or Pages
  • The exact resume structure I walk through in the video — header, summary, experience, projects, skills, education
  • Inline coaching tips on every section — written in my voice, telling you what each part is supposed to do
  • Realistic example bullets showing what a strong, quantified, AI-resilient bullet actually looks like
  • A 12-point pre-submit checklist — three columns covering all three readers, run it before every application
  • Honest skill tiers (Production / Comfortable with / Learning) — so you stop listing 40 technologies and start signaling what you actually know

✏️ How to use it

  1. Download the template
  2. Replace every line in [brackets] with your own content
  3. Delete the amber tip lines (they're for you, not the recruiter)
  4. Run the checklist on the last page before you hit submit on any application

The whole thing takes 30–45 minutes to fill in properly. Tailoring it for each new role takes 30 seconds with AI — and as the video explains, in 2026 there's really no excuse not to.

🎥 Pair it with the video

The template is the deliverable. The video is the why behind every choice in it — why bullets need numbers, why skill soup hurts you, why "spearheaded" is the most expensive word on your resume right now.

Watch the video first if you haven't. The template will make a lot more sense once you've seen the three-readers framework in action.

💬 Want me to review your filled-in version?

Once you've drafted yours, I do 1:1 resume reviews on Topmate. I'll go through it the same way I went through the example resumes in the video — what each reader sees, what's working, what's killing your callbacks. Link's on my profile.

Free. No catch. Just hit the button below and the .docx downloads.
