Leading and nurturing the WANForms team at Google Part of Google Global Networking and Infrastructure (GGN&I) Organization, we act as a virtual vendor providing building block devices with normalized read, write, and operate APIs that are abstract software and hardware from leading networking device vendors. It makes sure that these building blocks integrate seamlessly with the Google control plane, management plane and monitoring ecosystems. My core competencies include creating an inclusive and collaborative environment, developing a sense of purpose and direction within the team, breaking down barriers to communication and cooperation, and being a competent and courageous team player. I have experience in quickly ramping up in new areas of technology, partnering with cross-functional organizations, leading geographically dispersed teams, and building a learning organization to expand engineers' skills and performance.
