I am Nikita Sharma, a physicist working in spintronics and nano-magnetism. Along with my research experience in thin-film growth, device fabrication, and transport measurements, I have a strong interest in mentoring students and early-career researchers. I enjoy helping with research planning, concept building, data interpretation, and scientific writing, including papers and thesis work. I am particularly motivated to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, and in developing confidence in experimental research and problem-solving.
