Ideally, the bare minimum for a legal advice or action is that it is grounded on on apprecitaion of core facts, research on law and application of this law on the facts. Now, these are the cards that you cannot change but you can acheive mastery in playing the hand you are dealt and that is wherey analytical strategy building comes in. In my experience a careful study of facts and law is only 10% job done, it is this analysis of strategy coupled with the real word logistical issues (like the economy, the judge, the wheather, the prevalant ideology, etc.) that determines the advice that a person seeking legal advice should receive in all fairness.
