Testimonials

  • I had the opportunity to have a meaningful discussion with Nikita Mantry regarding my future, education, and career aspirations. What started as a formal conversation turned into an incredibly valuable mentoring session. She patiently listened to my thoughts, guided me in making better decisions for my future, and shared practical advice based on her experiences. One thing I truly appreciated was her honest feedback on my communication skills. She pointed out the areas where I can improve, the mistakes I should avoid, and encouraged me to express myself more confidently and effectively. Her guidance was not only insightful but also motivating. Nikita has a remarkable ability to identify potential in others and help them work on their weaknesses with positivity and encouragement. This conversation gave me greater clarity, confidence, and a fresh perspective on my personal and professional growth. I am genuinely grateful to Nikita Mantry for her support, mentorship, and willingness to invest her time in helping me become a better version of myself.

About me

Hi, I'm Nikita. I grew up in a small town in Hooghly, West Bengal, India, and if there's one thing that has shaped my journey, it's learning to step outside my comfort zone. As a natural introvert, networking and putting myself out there did not come easily. Over the years, I intentionally worked on building my communication and networking skills, which eventually helped me navigate graduate school admissions, recruiting, and professional opportunities in the United States. I am a Master of Accounting (MAcc) graduate from Case Western Reserve University and a former Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP. During my time at CWRU, I also served as the Lead Admissions Ambassador for the MAcc program, where I connected with prospective students, shared my experiences, and helped them make informed decisions about their academic and career goals. As an international student, I've experienced the challenges of moving across countries, adapting to new environments, recruiting for jobs, preparing for CPA exams, building a professional network, and launching a career in accounting. Through these experiences, I've learned that career growth is rarely a straight line, and having access to honest guidance can make a meaningful difference. I created this space to share practical insights and lessons from my own journey. Whether you're exploring a Master's program, planning your CPA journey, refining your resume, preparing for interviews, or navigating career decisions as a student or early-career professional, I'd be happy to help. Topics I can help with: • MAcc admissions and student experience • Career opportunities in audit and accounting • Resume and LinkedIn reviews • CPA planning and exam journey • Recruiting, networking, and interview preparation • International student career navigation I may not have all the answers, but I'm always happy to share what I've learned and help others move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
