Hi, I’m Nikita Sharma, Chartered Accountant and lawyer by training, entrepreneur by passion, and mom to two endlessly energetic boys. My professional journey began in law and finance, but my true passion for food and hospitality pushed me to build something of my own. What started as a small cloud kitchen grew into Jars and More, a European vegetarian gourmet cafe brand. My vision was to introduce playful croissant shapes, bold flavour combinations, and a menu that constantly evolved. The response was beyond what I imagined, customers connected with our concept, and soon, Jars and More became a name people recognized and trusted. Along the way, I have experienced what it means to build a business from the ground up: creating processes, leading teams, managing operations, and staying true to quality while scaling. Building and scaling Jars and More has not only been a professional achievement but also a personal journey of creativity, and balance, raising 2 sons while running a growing business. With this experience, I now also work as a business consultant, helping founders and entrepreneurs.
