How to get project or change project in TCS

I am a fresher (or Experience) and I am still on bench, I am looking for a project that matched my skills, but no response from RMG. What ae the other ways I ca try it out. If you also have a similar question then I am the best person to clear all your doubts. I have completed 2 years in Tcs and have changed multiple project during this time. Hare are all the topics that I am going to take:

1. Is TCS works on project like AI/ML which suits best for me and I am looking for similar project only.
2. From how many months are you sitting on bench, there is no isuue if you are on bench from so long, I will help you in getting into the project that fits best for you.
3. What all skills I need to prepare if I need to go into particular technology project.
4. I am in this location and I don't want to take project of this location, how to look for another location project.
5. RMG don't listen to me, when I talk about the project requirement, what to do next.
6. What are other ways to look for the project.
7. Is sitting on bench can impact my role, salary.
8. What should(learning, certifications) I should do so that RMG can put me into the project faster.
