As a customer-centric professional, I am passionate about turning ideas into successful products that meet and exceed customer needs. I am a firm believer in delivering results through innovation and customer obsession. I am also an MBA graduate from at University of Washington, Foster School of Business, with a focus on Product Marketing Analytics and Product Management. I chose to pursue my MBA to enhance my skills and knowledge in building customer-centric products that deliver value and innovation. During my MBA internship, I was a Product Manager at ADP, where I spearheaded product discovery, built prototypes, and drove competitive analysis for DataCloud, a people analytics platform. I collaborated with multiple stakeholders to define and execute against product roadmap. Before that, I was a PM and a Software Developer at Microsoft, where I worked on developing and deploying cloud-based solutions using Azure. I received multiple awards and recognitions for my contributions to the projects and the team. I am passionate about solving problems and creating positive impact through technology. I excel at user research, data analytics, and agile project management. Outside of my academics and work, I am an avid Table Tennis player and a café explorer!
