I’m currently a Project Lead at Mercor, where I work on the practical side of AI. Most of my day is spent helping some of the world's biggest tech companies build and improve their AI models. Instead of just talking about the hype, I focus on the strategy and operations needed to make these models actually work at scale. I enjoy taking complex technical requirements and turning them into clear roadmaps that a business can follow. What I spend my time on: AI Strategy: Working with major tech players to figure out the best way to train and fine-tune their LLMs. Program Management: Leading the teams and processes that take an AI project from an idea to a finished product. Digital Transformation: Helping organizations move away from old systems and become "AI-first" in a way that actually makes sense for their bottom line. My background is a mix of business strategy and technical problem-solving. I’m passionate about the "behind the scenes" work that goes into training trillion-parameter models and seeing how that tech changes the way we all work.
