Hello, Dear Visitor. I am Nikhil, an investor by passion, CA and CFA by training, and an equity research analyst by profession. I currently work in the Strategy, Risk and Transactions practice at Deloitte, where I research listed and unlisted companies to identify growth levers and potential value-unlock opportunities such as fundraising, M&A, cost optimisation, and strategic growth advisory. My work involves deep fundamental analysis, industry studies, and peer benchmarking to assess business quality, competitive positioning, and key strategic priorities. I also support research on potential IPO candidates, helping shape their equity story through sector analysis, market mapping, and company evaluation for public market readiness. Previously, I worked in buy-side equity research and investment roles across public and private markets. My experience includes investment thesis development, value-chain analysis, management interactions, and diligence on pre-IPO opportunities. I am a lifelong learner and spend a significant part of my time studying finance, AI, economics, geopolitics, history, and technology to better understand the forces shaping businesses and markets.
