Before Joining Acko Insurance, I was part of the Customer Success Engineering team at Jupiter Money for a good couple of years, where I worked with Customer Support to provide delight to our customers whenever they face a problem while using our digital banking app, Jupiter. Before being a part of Jupiter Money, I served as a Software Engineer at GeekyAnts, India for a year. I worked full-time for an off-shore client, an early-stage startup operating in the PropTech space in North America.
