The session with Niharika was very insightful and gave me a much clearer perspective on my career direction. She explained how recruiters evaluate resumes against job descriptions and helped me understand how to position my mid level experience when applying for roles asking for senior level experience. We also discussed how I can combine my mobile development experience with AI and how I can broaden my career goals beyond a specific technology or role to build a stronger profile in the tech industry. One of the most valuable parts was hearing about her own career journey from mid-level companies to a top product-based company like Google, including how she approached and planned those transitions. Overall, the session helped me understand what I should focus on to move toward stronger product-based companies and eventually Big Tech. I really appreciate Niharika for sharing her experience and giving practical guidance.

The session was really insightful and gave me a much clearer understanding of the Google TPM interview process. The guidance around interview expectations, preparation strategy, and technical depth was especially valuable. I also got useful feedback on how to position my experience and resume for Big Tech roles. The practical insights and personal experience shared made the session much more actionable than generic interview advice. Definitely recommend this session to anyone seriously preparing for Google or other Big Tech TPM roles.
