• A consultation call is mandatory before the project begins to ensure that all requirements and the project brief are clearly understood.
• Please provide your brand guidelines and all relevant assets in advance so the final output aligns with your brand identity.
• You must specify the required canvas size and aspect ratio (e.g., 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, or 16:9) before the project begins.
• It is recommended that you share references, examples, or any relevant materials to help us better understand your requirements.
• If you require us to create a mood board and develop a creative concept or idea, an additional fee of ₹2,000 will apply. One concept will be provided.
• A 100% advance payment is required before the project begins. Payments must be made via UPI.
• Once the AI generation process has started or been completed, the service cannot be cancelled, refunded, or revised. If the AI generation has not yet started, the service may be cancelled.
