I'm currently working as a Product Manager in Cognizant. My main aim is to create products that alleviate customer's pain-points and make their life easier. I recently led offshore team to launch the SIP Mobile Application hosted on AWS cloud. So right from conception to defining the user-journey to developing wireframes and prototype for A/B experimentation provided a huge exposure to understand the end-user's psyche. This product currently has around 2+ Million users world-wide. It basically is a marketplace for pharmaceutical companies and research facilities to collaborate and conduct clinical trials. My key competencies include product ideation, formulating product roadmap, competitor analysis, designing Go-To-Market strategy and cross-functional team collaboration. I have experience in integrations with platforms like SumTotal, Exostar and DocuSign. Prior to this, I have worked as a Software Developer in FinTech and Payment industry. I worked on development of latest version of Vision Plus software which basically processes customer's payments, cards and loans. More than 600+ Million cards are processed on Vision Plus. Outside of this, I am an avid learner who tries to keep myself updated with latest technology. Knowing the importance of visualizing data, I dabble with tableau and SAS Miner. I have created few data models based on the sample data available to understand the customer insights.
