In this session, I'll start with a quick download on the agreement you'd like reviewed — understanding your context, concerns, and what's at stake for you. From there, I'll walk you through the agreement end to end — identifying risky clauses, unfavourable terms, missing protections, and areas where you have room to negotiate. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of what you're signing, what it means for your business, and exactly what to push back on.

I work across a wide range of agreements including MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Vendor & Service Agreements, Reseller/Referral Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and more.

Please share the agreement at least a few hours before the session so I can come prepared and make the best use of our time together.
