With a rich work experience across both large corporate (“Reliance Industries Ltd”) and start-up (“Paytm”) spanning 10 years, I have led many key projects in growth marketing and new business development. I am presently leading Business & Growth for Credit Card on UPI at Paytm. Under my leadership, the category grew by almost 60% in monthly GMV. I have experience handling performance marketing, brand creatives and content strategy, business development partnerships, and cross-functional projects. Previously I was leading alternate channel growth for the lending vertical at Paytm, single-handedly owning several growth initiatives and leading them from pilot to scale. At Reliance, I drove many new projects like new digital platforms (“Jio Agri” and “Jio Health Hub”.) I worked through many budgetary and resource constraints to successfully launch the Agritech platform offering customized weather based advisory, pests and disease protection, and price discovery for crops as MVP across 4 districts. I also led many initiatives towards adoption and growth of the Health platform during Covid, through partnerships with many corporates and foundations. I was instrumental in leading India’s biggest corporate vaccination drive during Covid.
