Product Manager, Engineer and consultant. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. I am self-taught and I love to acquire new skills. I help product teams to discover business opportunities by being really close to customers and by questioning, observing, listening, experimenting with them and understanding their goals, problems, desires and needs. I also help teams to use insights taken from those interactions with customers, from the market, the competitors and technology to identify business opportunities. By communicating and showing those insights and evidence for business opportunities, we ideate solutions, design experiments and prototypes, and test business assumptions with real customers with the help of the team. We learn with the reaction of customers and pivot when necessary in order to achieve our team objectives. I dream of a world were most product teams discover and deliver products and services with people's well-being in mind.
