About me

Hi, I'm Niall. I'm a pharmacist who spent ten years on the other side of the counter, and somewhere along the way became mildly obsessed with strength, cardio, and eating like it actually matters. Fifteen years in, it's less a hobby and more a personality trait. Here's the thing that got me. Across tens of thousands of prescriptions and conversations, I kept seeing the same story: type 2 diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, all managed with a tablet while the real drivers, what we eat and how we move, sat quietly ignored. And the evidence is hard to argue with: diet, movement and daily habits can meaningfully lower the risk of so much of what we medicate, from cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes to certain cancers, and they do real work for mental health too. Not a cure-all. But a lot more than most people are ever told. Modern medicine serves to treat the symptom without touching the underlying cause of disease. Health advice is a noisy, contradictory mess. I combine my knowledge and experience, and use data from the world's top health experts and look for where there is alignment. Not one guru's hot take, but the points independent voices keep landing on from completely different directions. That convergence is the signal worth trusting, and it's what I bring to you, minus the fads and the guy yelling about seed oils. I'm here for people ready to make real, sometimes uncomfortable changes, who want someone with the clinical background to know what they're talking about and the discipline to have done it themselves. Food and movement are the medicine. Small daily habits are the delivery system. Strength and cardio are non-negotiable.
