What this call is for?

This is a one-on-one call to understand exactly what you're looking for in Goa: budget, location (North or South), property type, timeline or to go deep on a specific listing you've seen. If you're ready, we'll also use this time to plan your site visit.

Why ₹500

We get a high volume of enquiries from Instagram, and this small amount does one simple thing: it filters out casual browsers from people who are genuinely ready to explore Goa real estate. It is not a brokerage fee, not a deposit, and not linked to any property cost: it's just a confirmation that this is a serious conversation for both sides. If you're not currently in a position to actively look or visit, this call isn't the right step yet, we'd rather you save this for when you are.

Before you book

Have a rough sense of your budget, preferred location (North/South Goa), and what you're hoping to use the property for (investment, second home, rental income) ,this helps us make the most of the 15 minutes.

How it works

• The call happens on Zoom — please have the Zoom app installed on your phone or laptop (whichever you'll use) before the scheduled time.
• Please be on time. Since these calls are back-to-back, we're unable to accommodate late joins or hold the slot.
• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least a few hours in advance.
