With over 15 years of experience as a Product Designer 🧑‍💻, I’ve had the opportunity to shape UX across diverse industries—including Lending 💸, Cross-border Payments 🌐, Banking 🏦, E-commerce 🛍️, Utilities ⚡, Travel ✈️, and Logistics 🚛. Currently I have been working as a consultant with both early-stage and well-established Fintech startups for last few months: 1. Islamicly (FinTech) – Contributed to the Islamicly retail app, which provides Muslim consumers with accurate, real-time insights on Shariah-compliant investments. 2. BharatPe Invest (FinTech) – Designed insurance offerings and the Zillion Coins rewards program to enhance user engagement and value for BharatPe customers. 3. Cars24 (FinTech) – Worked on the design of innovative financial products tailored for Cars24’s ecosystem. 4. IME Pay (Fintech) - During my time at IME Pay, I was responsible for leading the usability and overall user experience (UX) of the product. This included identifying pain points in the user journey, ensuring intuitive design flows, and collaborating closely with design, development, and product teams to deliver a seamless and user-friendly experience. 5. WIO Bank (Fintech) - As a Product Design Consultant, I was responsible for delivering an intuitive and seamless user experience for a business banking platform, with a particular focus on enhancing the international transaction flow.
