Discovery Call: For Companies -Small & Meduim size

This Discovery Call is designed for organizations seeking to improve procurement efficiency, strengthen governance, optimize supply chain processes, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational excellence.

Prior to the session, clients are required to share their existing ("As-Is") procurement and supply chain process documentation, SOPs, workflows, policies, or any relevant process-related information for preliminary review. To facilitate adequate assessment and preparation, all documents must be submitted at least three days before the scheduled call, and the appointment should be booked a minimum of four days in advance.

During the session, the current processes will be reviewed and discussed based on the information provided by the client. Drawing upon 21+ years of industry experience across Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supply Chain Operations, ERP Implementations, and Digital Transformation, key observations, improvement opportunities, process optimization recommendations, and practical guidance will be shared.
