With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a broad range of competencies and skills in customer experience/success, technical support, problem-solving, data analytics, and internet-based products. I work with customers to provide win-win scenarios for their business and technical challenges, leveraging the power of Liferay's products and Google Cloud. I also use R, Python, and Tableau to deliver insights and solutions for complex problems across various domains and technologies. My skillset includes expertise in Data Science learned from IIT Gandhinagar, DXP, Liferay, AIML, ECM, DevOps, and Cloud technologies in domains like BFSI, government, and startups with career spanning roles in development, technical leadership, presales, and project management at companies like Liferay, Wipro, IBM, and CIGNEX Datamatics. Certifications that I hold are IT service management, Documentum, Research methodologies & Data analysis and Supply chain digitization. I am also the Director and sole shareholder of Harwani Systems, a holding entity for my digital assets and intellectual property. I am passionate about building effective and simple internet-based products and solutions, especially in the fields of AI/ML and engineering. I have a strong educational background, with Master of Technology degree from BITS Pilani, an Executive MBA and a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Management from Ahmedabad University and UC SAN Diego respectively. I also share my knowledge and experience as a part-time faculty, speaker, author, and founder at various colleges, universities, and ventures.
