I’m a results-oriented and proactive senior technical manager/consultant with comprehensive expertise in the areas of IT Infrastructure and IT Security Management. My role is a high-profile, occasionally client-facing function requiring outstanding relationship management and highly developed organisational/planning skills. I oversee the management/development of 20+ Tier 2/3 engineers and also have responsibility for Tier 4 Firewalls, Endpoint and SIEM escalations.
