My love for these started with my mango swiss rolls that we launched last year. Come learn with me how to make these mouth melting cakes that will always leave you wanting for more.


Recipes:

1. Tiramisu Roll Cake (with egg)

This includes learning how to make the:

a) coffee roulade sponge

b) whipped coffee mousse

c) rum punch

d) coffee chantilly cream


2. Eggless White Forest Swiss Roll

This includes learning how to make the:

a) eggless vanilla roulade sponge

b) whipped cherry frosting

c) macerated cherry filling


3. Decorative/Animated Swiss Rolls (with egg)

This includes learning how to make the:

a) paste used to make animated creations on your roll cakes : recipe, technique, and storage

b) NBs OG swiss roll sponge that can be used in any swiss roll you wish to create on your own


Fees: 1,900/-


Yes it is a recorded session to which you will have lifetime access. The recorded workshop will have a Q&A session going on throughout so pay close attention to all the questions being asked. Any answer can turn out to be beneficial for your leaning process.
