As per the POSH Act, 2013, every organization must include an External Member in its Internal Committee (IC) to ensure impartiality and compliance during case inquiries and quarterly reviews.

Through this empanelment, I will serve as your External Member for the entire year, attending quarterly meetings and guiding your IC toward fair and effective implementation of the law.
