No two children are the same, which is why this is a completely personalised 1:1 consultation. Instead of following a fixed agenda, we'll spend our time understanding your child's eating habits, identifying what's really causing the challenges, and creating a practical plan that works for your family.

What Can We Work On?

This session is ideal if you're facing challenges such as:

  • Your child refusing meals or frequently skipping them.
  • Eating only a handful of familiar foods with very little variety.
  • Preferring only staples like plain rice or roti while refusing dals, curries, sabzis, chutneys, or other mixed dishes.
  • Difficulty accepting different food textures or showing texture aversions.
  • Wanting the same foods every day and resisting anything new.
  • Depending on distractions, toys, books, or screen time to finish meals.
  • Struggling to self-feed and expecting to be fed by an adult.
  • Grazing or snacking throughout the day, making it difficult to build an appetite for meals.
  • Drinking excessive milk and eating very little solid food.
  • Mealtimes feeling stressful, unpredictable, or turning into daily battles.

How We'll Approach It

Rather than offering generic tips, I'll take the time to understand your child's unique situation.

We'll explore:

  • Your child's current eating patterns and behaviours.
  • Their daily routine, including meal timings, snacks, milk intake, sleep, and activity levels.
  • The family dynamics around mealtimes and what's happening before, during, and after meals.
  • Any habits that may be affecting appetite, food acceptance, or independent eating.

By looking at the bigger picture, we can identify the root causes instead of simply addressing the symptoms.

You'll leave the session with clear, realistic strategies that are easy to implement at home—without pressure, bribing, or force-feeding.

✨ Every recommendation is tailored specifically to your child, your family's routine, and your goals.
