I lead growth and revenue work, especially when the problem is complex and several teams have to move together. I am strongest at making a difficult business problem clearer, choosing the priorities, and bringing cross-functional teams toward execution. I currently lead growth for merchant lending at BharatPe, owning the demand side of the P&L and working across lending products, pricing, funnel performance, and go-to-market efficiency. Before this, I spent four and a half years at Swiggy across growth, strategy, and revenue. I led major revenue levers including delivery fee and AOV, helped scale a distance-based pricing model across more than 500 cities, and built new growth programmes. Alongside my formal work, I mentor early-career professionals, especially women, on career choices, interviews, and professional communication. This is brings me to Topmate. I was fortunate to have access to some amazing conversations with mentors/ coaches which have significantly expanded my horizons, and this is my way of giving back :) I've been a huge believer of human potential & how timely education/ guidance can unlock the right doors for career advancement. During my student days at IIM Lucknow, I was part of the team responsible for driving holistic preparation & guidance for ~900 students. I had mentored 70+ students across 3 IIMs for 3 placement processes. The journey continued with multiple learning sessions with HelloMeets/ Kraftshala etc. & mentoring young professionals via mentorship programs like Curate or in individual capacity.
