My journey into product design began at Deloitte Digital in 2015, where I started as a Visual Designer and gradually transitioned into UX Design as my passion for creating meaningful user experiences grew. Over the years, I honed my skills on the job, working across diverse industries including banking, retail, and telecom. In 2020, I joined Tata Digital, where I played a key role in shaping the user experience of Tata Neu, the super app launched in April 2022. I led design efforts across the Travel and E-commerce categories and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to drive UX improvements, elevate customer journeys, and deliver measurable impact. My time at Tata Digital helped me strengthen my product thinking, leadership capabilities, and ability to design at scale. Currently, I work as a Senior Design Consultant at Fractal Analytics, where I partner with product, business, and engineering teams to create data-driven, user-centric experiences. I focus on transforming complex problems into intuitive solutions—blending design, strategy, and behavioral understanding to drive real business value. I am deeply passionate about user behavior and psychology, which form the foundation of my design decisions. My expertise spans product design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling me to craft impactful experiences that align business goals with user needs. Beyond work, I love meeting people who are driven to create change in the world and learning from them. I’m committed to supporting those who are less fortunate, and I truly believe we can make the world better through love and kindness. I’m a huge dog lover and volunteer as an event coordinator for Pawga, helping adorable furry friends find their perfect families and get adopted. And whenever I can, I’m out traveling, exploring new places, soaking in different cultures, and collecting unforgettable experiences!
