Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

● Rescheduling:

1. It is allowed once per session in case of emergencies - minimum 8 hours before the scheduled session time.

2. Instant rescheduling request will NOT be accepted and will be considered a no show. NO refunds will be issued.

● Cancellation:

1. If a session is cancelled with minimum notice of 24 hours, FULL refund will be issued.

2. If a session is cancelled between 24 hours to 6 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% refund will be issued.

3. If a session is cancelled within 6 hours before the scheduled start time, NO refunds will be issued.

4. Instant cancellation will be considered a no show. NO refunds will be issued.

● No Show: In case the client doesn’t show up for the session within 15 minutes of scheduled time, this will be considered a no-show (absence). NO refunds will be issued.
