To practice effectively as a mental health professional, supervision is invaluable. Being a therapist is an exciting and fulfilling profession. As practitioners, we carry the responsibility of providing the best care to our clients. To ensure efficiency and competency, supervision plays a crucial role. It allows us to continually learn, evolve, and challenge ourselves to be the best versions of ourselves.

Hi, my name is Neha Bhusri, and I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist, certified Couples Therapist, and an advanced EFT Practitioner, with over 3.5 years of experience, and 3500+ therapeutic hours. I run my private practice, The Habit Platter, and am also empanelled as a Couples Therapist & Psychotherapist with Elfina Health.

I offer supervision for early-career therapists (0 - 3 years of practice) who are looking for a reflective, supportive, and growth-oriented space as they find their footing in clinical work. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with particular expertise in individual, relational and couples therapy. Client age range I work with: 18 - 55 years.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, eclectic, insight-oriented & trauma-informed, drawing from:

• Humanistic & Existential Therapy

• Narrative Therapy

• EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Psychodynamic approach

• Positive Psychology

For couples work, I primarily integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), & the Gottman Approaches.

Supervision with me focuses on building clinical confidence, ethical attunement, therapeutic presence, and the integration of theory with real-world practice, while remaining deeply respectful of both client and therapist nervous systems.

Please note that I do not offer supervision for cases involving psychopathology, suicidality, or neurodivergence. My supervision is best suited for therapists working with general mental health concerns, relational themes, and trauma-informed therapeutic processes.
