I am the founder of HireSource, a bespoke boutique recruitment consultancy. After over 14 years of interacting with 100s of HRs and industry leaders from varied spectrum, I decided to step up to the task of simplifying recruitments. Earlier in my career, I had the opportunity to build one of the most successful business teams from scratch in one of the most profitable e-com companies, Naukri.com. And what a learning that has been of business and human asset. Having a 360° exposure to the HR industry for over a decade, I understand how to navigate the corporate corridors while keeping your eyes on the prize. I help people chart their unique career journeys that align with their unique life expectations and situations. I see life as a sum total of professional & personal journeys. Each is dependent and resultant of the other. Like Naturopathy, I take a holistic approach on career navigation.
