About me
Neha is passionate about championing women's returning to the workforce. She does this in two ways:
1. Helping companies attract and retain more women to combat the broken rung/leaky pipeline phenomena.
2. Supporting women on their career restart journey through her book and weekly workshops.
Neha, CPTD and Master's in Org Psychology, is also an independent L&D advisor with 14 years' experience of working in corporate, consulting and non-profit organizations.
