● 8+ years of experience in Software Quality assurance of Web and Mobile applications in Fintech, Salesforce, E-commerce, Federal, Healthcare, Education, and Telecom domains. ● Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing life cycle (STLC), and Agile Scrum Process. ● Strong experience in Writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Executing Test Cases, Reporting and Tracking Quality Defects, Analyzing Test Results, and Preparing Test Status Reports. ● Excellent in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing. ● Good knowledge of Smoke, Sanity, Compatibility, Ad-hoc, Responsive, API, Mobile Testing, Security Testing and Penetration Testing(Basic), Copado Tool ● Familiar with Bug Management Tools like JIRA, DevOps Azure, Mantis, Bugzilla, Asana, and Rally. ClickUp and Performance Testing tool JMeter. ● Good knowledge of SQL to conduct Database Testing. ● Good at Test automation of a web application using Selenium IDE, Selenium Web Driver, and TestNG. ● Knowledge of creating BDD-Cucumber scripts with Selenium. ● Knowledge of Rest API with Postman Tool and WorkBench Tool. ● Knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing with CRT Tool for Salesforce Domain. ● Manage QA Resources and provide testing training sessions. ● Commitment to cooperative teamwork and involvement in delivering high-quality products to national /international clients and leading projects.
