I'm a Technical Product Manager at Providence India with a background in software engineering, working on large-scale data integration platforms that process 100M+ daily transactions across enterprise systems. My journey started as a software engineer — building integrations, scaling backend systems, and owning delivery end-to-end. That engineering foundation helps me work closely with technical teams, understand trade-offs, and write specs that actually make sense to the people building the product. Over the past year, I've been in a product role where I've worked on things like defining KPIs, running client feedback sessions, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating with engineering to ship features that move reliability and business metrics. I've had good exposure to enterprise clients and cross-functional work. I'm from a CS background (Thapar University, 2022) and hold certifications in Azure and HL7. Outside of work, I've been involved in women-in-tech communities and represented Asia's largest women-in-tech conference as an ambassador.
