As a product manager at Justo, I lead cross-functional teams to create user-centric solutions for the prop-tech industry. I have conceptualized and directed the development of a chat bot that became our high-converting lead channel, and a product component that enhanced user engagement and expectation management. With a background in architecture, design, and urban studies, I have a versatile and episodic career that spans across multiple roles and industries. I have co-taught courses in UX strategy and research, design thinking, and behavioral science at Anant National University, where I also received a fellowship in built environment. I am currently pursuing a product growth program at GrowthX, where I am learning how to leverage data, experimentation, and psychology to grow products and businesses.
