I have been named twice as one of the Top 100 thought leaders by Thinkers360. I am a TEDx speaker, and a keynote speaker at conferences organised by prestigious global forums like Lean in, IEEE, PMI, TIE, NASSSCOM, CII, SWE, Womentech Network, Grace Hopper Celebration India. I am a sought after leadership facilitator and coach. “Networking for Results” and “How to tell your Story” are two of my signature programmes. I have launched a Women's Leadership Development Program called "TrailBlazHERs", a 6-month program for women leaders to enhance their Leadership skills and grow as leaders. Recognised as a Networking expert, I also facilitate Networking at conferences through interesting and impactful activities. I also write articles on many platforms. I have been featured via chat shows and podcasts to understand my leadership mantra. I have also been invited to review books of leading authors as well as to launch new books! I have been on the jury panel for many “Innovation” Competitions including the MIT Sloan School of Management, USA’s Inclusive Innovation Challenge. I have been featured as one of the 40 women who have traversed their life journeys from ordinary to extraordinary in the book Magical 40 @ 40 I believe that mentorship is extremely beneficial in the development and growth of individuals. I am a mentor on a variety of platforms. I also conduct various training programs on leadership and behaviours. I switched my career to work in the space of gender diversity after a successful career in the Information Technology industry managing large teams, delivery of IT projects, Operational excellence and customer delight for large banking captives for 25 years. Prior to Aspire For her, I served as the Director – Relationships at National Education Society of Karnataka. In that role, I worked closely with the industry veterans to build the industry academia connect. I have also headed the JobsForHer Foundation, which was setup to bridge the gender gaps in India. In that role, I built a unique brand, numerous partnerships and a large community of women who experienced a variety of learning interventions. I also coach people to progress in their careers.
