Responsibility Briefing : • Proficient training deliveries for 10000+ participants for 120+ Organizations in 30+ countries on modules like ISTQB Certifications, Automation Testing, Selenium, Agile, Jira, Jmeter, API Testing, etc. • Involvement in most aspects of Software testing of Cloud base application including: scheduling task, making test strategy, designing test scenario, controlling and monitoring test activities also reporting results/findings/status. • Defining the Test Strategy, Test Plan for projects, including consistent monitoring and implementing appropriate control actions. • Provide leadership and direction to the team, providing Technical guidance to the team, Day to day tracking of project progress and resolving impediments. • Handled multiple QA / Testing deliveries – Estimation, allocation of work, effort tracking, people management, handling the various issues within the team and interacting with the business. • Conducting reviews, continuous improvement by defect root cause analysis, test artifact reviews and other investigative methods. Sharing best practices with the team and encouraging incorporation for delivery excellence.
