Neeraj is a A Certified Project Manager by PMI India and an MBTI Practitioner from CPP Asia. With an overall experience of 19 years in Corporate, Neeraj has spent 14 years in Learning and Development with expertise in managing training functions and facilitation skills. For the last FIVE Years, Neeraj has been working a Recruitment and Training Lead. He is also a certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie. On Technical side, he is a certified Salesforce Administrator.
Neeraj has facilitated session in different verticals like Manufacturing, Auto mobiles, Consulting, Healthcare, Engineering. IT, ITES and the list can continue. He was also a visiting consultant to IIT Kanpur.
Neeraj has continued to chase his passion of Recruitments and Training Delivery and has developed high performance teams. In his role as a Recruitment and Training Leader, he has exposure to other business aspects of trainings as well, like performance management, budgeting, development and client management, Stake holder Management and many other aspects of a corporate set-up.
